01 Fragile Wrapping Parameters
Glass tableware, crystal decorations, mirrors, and micro-circuits require extreme cushioning parameters. Our packing officers individually wrap every cup and plate in clean ink-free wrapping paper followed by high-density bubble wrap sheets. Carton box bottoms are padded with foam sheets to absorb direct impacts.
Heavy glassware is packed inside dedicated wood crates with built-in dividers to prevent contact during transits. Fragile tags are pasted on every corner to instruct loaders.
02 Furniture & Appliances Preparation
Polished dining tables, wooden wardrobes, AC compressor units, and double beds require dynamic packaging parameters to avoid scratches:
- Dismantle sliding wardrobes and double beds to prevent joint stress.
- Wrap refrigerators in bubble sheets, foam blocks, and stretch film.
- Secure cabinet drawers using low-tack tape to prevent sliding.
Pre-Packing Checklist
- Jewelry & Cash custody: All high-value jewelry, cash, properties records, and key document folders must be retained in your personal custody.
- Appliances dry-out: Defrost refrigerators 24 hours prior to packing to prevent fluid leaks inside trucks.
- Fragile identification: Point out expensive glassware or specific paintings to our packing team before wrapping.
Transit Cover Valuation
Our shipping insurance policies require realistic household valuations. Transit valuation helps process claim payouts easily in rare accidental scenarios.

Do you provide packaging materials separately?
Our packing & unpacking quote estimates include all required materials (bubble sheets, cartons, adhesive tapes, stretch film, edge guards). We bring our inventory to execute shifting at your doorstep.
Do you unpack and place goods at the destination?
Yes. Our crew unboxes all packed carton boxes, unwraps furniture protective blankets, places them in their respective rooms, and clears away the waste packaging debris.
How do you secure expensive LED/LCD screens?
Screens are wrapped in thick foam padding, corner guards, and bubble wrap. They are then placed inside customized wooden panels or double-wall crates to protect screens from high highway bumps.
What files or items can you not pack?
We strictly do not pack or transport combustible liquids, cylinder tanks, firecrackers, chemicals, fresh foods, gold jewelry, or active cash assets.
