What documents do I need to prepare?
You need to provide a photocopy of the Registration Certificate (RC Book), active vehicle Insurance Policy paper, and one valid Govt Photo ID (like Aadhaar Card or Driving License) of the owner.
How much fuel should be in the car?
We recommend maintaining around 1/4th (25%) tank of fuel. This is sufficient for driving the vehicle during loading/unloading operations onto carrier trailers, but keeps weight minimal and complies with highway safety norms.
Can I keep personal luggage inside the vehicle?
No. It is highly recommended to remove all personal belongings, expensive electronics, and loose accessories from the car cabin before handing keys to the loading driver to ensure maximum transit safety.
How will I track my vehicle on road?
Our dispatch coordinators will provide regular transit milestones via SMS and WhatsApp. In addition, you can contact our 24/7 centralized dispatch control room to verify live GPS positions.
