01 Fuel Tank Preparation Rules
To ensure high safety standards and comply with fire hazard parameters inside logistics container trucks, fuel tanks must be empty. We request that the motorcycle's fuel level is kept below one-quarter (1/4) of the tank capacity. A tiny amount of fuel is required for loading maneuvers at warehouses, but empty tanks prevent spills on road bumps.
Also, ensure that your vehicle's engine and carburetor system have no active petrol or battery chemical leaks. If minor leakage is detected, it should be resolved before booking scheduling.
02 Mirror Removal & Key Custody
Before handing over your vehicle, we recommend detaching external rearview mirrors and storing them safely inside secondary luggage wraps. Mirrors protrude outward and are highly vulnerable to impacts during transit stackings.
- Keep handle locks disengaged so loaders can wheel the bike.
- Submit duplicate keys to our dispatch coordinators along with registration records.
- Remove any personal helmets, accessories, or tail boxes.

- Registration Certificate (RC): Clear copy of two-wheeler RC must be submitted to the dispatch terminal coordinator.
- Active Insurance Proof: Photocopy of valid vehicle insurance verifying vehicle ownership parameters.
- ID Proof: Government-issued Aadhar or driving license copy of the dispatcher.

Interstate routes up to 800 KM require 3-4 days. Long-distance shipping across regions over 1500 KM usually requires 6-8 business days.
