01 Fuel Levels & Fluid Check parameters
To ensure safety inside enclosed container trucks, vehicle owners should maintain minimal fuel loads. We request that the car's fuel tank is filled to approximately one-quarter (1/4) of its capacity. This reduces overall weight parameters while ensuring there is enough fuel to drive the car on and off loading ramps at depots.
Additionally, check for active fluid leaks. Vehicles with major engine oil or transmission fluid leaks can drip onto other cars stacked below inside multi-car double deck carriers. Ensure your battery is properly secured and fully charged to allow engine starts.
02 Personal Belongings & Custom Accessories
Logistics regulation rules strictly prohibit packers and movers from shipping personal belongings inside cars during highway transits. Remove all personal baggage, expensive music accessories, portable GPS screens, toll tags (Fastag), and documents from the dashboard glovebox.

What documents do I need to submit?
We require clear copies of your vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), active third-party or comprehensive car insurance policy, and an government photo ID of the owner.
What is the difference between Open & Closed carriers?
Open carriers are budget-friendly multi-car trailers exposed to environment factors. Closed carriers are locked steel-body containers protecting high-value sedans or SUVs from highway dust, rain, and gravel chips.
